We have a friendly, flexible approach for our clients where you can come and discuss your individual projects with our design team who have a balanced approach and strong experience in both contemporary and traditional designs. Whether you want a full architectural design service from inception and conception through to production and completion on site, or simply ideas, we are happy to work in any way that suits you.

So, whether you are looking to extend or modify your house, convert your loft or re-configure your internal space,we can help guide you through the process.

Heres how it works:

• In order to launch your project , you will need an initial site visit to discuss your proposals which we offer as a free consultation.
• we  then discuss your needs, establish our remit  and advise you on how to move your project forward so you can realize your dream or aspirations.
• we will then advise you on our fees and get the project up and running working with one of our design team members

TJA have well established contacts with local Consultants that your project may need such as:

• Planning Consultants
• BREEAM and CSH Energy Consultant
• Structural and civil Engineers
• Quantity Surveyor
• Chartered surveyors
• Party Wall Surveyor and CDM co ordinators

TJA can organise and arrange these consultants on your behalf all as part of our service and integrate them at the right stage of the process.With TJA you receive a very personal service with meetings either in house at one of their offices or in your own home –whatever suits your availability.

The designs can be explained to you in detail personally either in our office or at your home-whatever suits. It is vital that our clients understand the design and process and this is explained in full as we progress with you through the journey. Some clients have a clear idea of what they want from the beginning however some clients need more guidance and advice to help them realize there grand design.

It is important that you use a qualified RIBA chartered architect with a proved track record of experience as the Design is the most fundamental part of the whole process, as you can not put a price on an innovative idea!
